We are specialists in single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer Printed Circuit Board assemblies. Cygnus LLC can lend a helpful hand for your prototype or production runs from one to thousands of PC boards. Materials may be supplied by you or we will purchase them for you. Unique production techniques make Cygnus a very quick-response, high-quality assembly house, manufacturing in accordance with IPC-A-610. We can also manufacture your product according to any industrial standart you specify. Our capabilities include Through-Hole, SMT & BGA, Clean & No Clean Technology, Screen printing and Stencil design. We are equipped with high-speed fine-pitch SMT assembly lines. We also offer lead-free manufacturing of electronic devices.

PCB Design & Testing

We offer both Analog and Digital circuit design expertise for a variety of applications. Our PCB designing is tightly integrated with our manufacturing and test process. We can design a PCB from scratch or redesign your existing board. Our platforms include View Logic, PADs Power, Protel, REDAC

We can help our customers with prototyping, conforming design integrity, manufacturability and testability. We can design test fixtures and perform tests to your specifications. NIST Traceable calibrated equipment and our test engineers and technicians will fulfil your manufacturing requirements.

Harness & Wire Assemblies

Cygnus is a production house with UL-approved wiring harness facility capable to fabricate a simple or complex ''good old fashioned'' harness. Our lineup of crimping devices include Molex, AMP, Berg and Burndy. Ribbon cable, flat and flexible etched cable termination are also part of our repertoire.

We also offer design and manufacturing of membrane switches, panels and keypads.

Software Development

Our software development team provides solutions for the OEM customer. Our programmers have extensive experience in C++, .NET, Assembly, PHP, MATLAB, Access, SQL, and many others. Our embedded software experience includes DSP & microcontroller programming in Assembly or C++ for ANALOG DEVICES, MOTOROLA and TEXAS INSTRUMENTS.

Mechanical Design

We can fulfil our customer's ideas in AutoCAD, Solidworks or Pro Engineer and then transfer the design to CAM System for building a Plastic Injection Tool. We also offer Plastic Injection Tooling & Plastic Injection Molding for your own designs.
